As I've said in another thread, we know where the 'gun problem' lies, and it isn't with the millions of legally owned firearms, and it is a problem in minority 'cultures', not most white cultures. Remove blacks and latinos from the stats and white America is as safe or safer than most of Europe, which has far fewer guns.

Right after the chimes on the Kremlin tower struck 12 o'clock and the New Year officially began, the first song in the New Year's concert was about the war, the one that ended 80 years ago in Berlin. This was the first time in the history of New Year's celebrations. And I think it's no accident...

The biggest differentiator is probably related to illegal immigration/gang members who cross the border. Otherwise, Trump isn't responsible for municipal or state policing of crimes. A president has little control over this and you have 300M guns in the country so it's a red herring issue really.

There are of course, many social factors which play a role as well. For youth gun violence, check out the stats below. Higher gun violence under Trump compared to Obama, lower under Biden compared to Trump but overall way more deaths, which has to be related to overdoses. Now this is a major issue Trump CAN fix with Homan.
