Thanks WQ. It really does suck. The sad part is that we are offering them insurance right now but its not accepted by the aca so we have to drop the insurance and reduce the number of hours in order it avoid this mess.

I'm actually a therapist...not a welfare queen. I got my first novel published last year. I'm working on a second one now. People here are cool. I am glad to be a part of the community.
