Thanks for the welcome, I like this forum, it has a good blend and variety. Man death is lurking in homogeneity, at least intellectual death, ha ha or I would simply die of boredom if there was no variety or difference of opinion. Good civil debate is a teacher, and I hope to be a good student, an asset to this forum rather than a liability~

You can't even think for yourself anymore you have been so heavily indoctrinated, do some damn research instead of staring at the flaws of one side and displaying some of the worst levels of cognitive bias I have ever witnessed in my life. He might be right but he's being part of the problem by focusing on the side he doesn't agree with.

In social psychology, the fundamental attribution error (also known as correspondence bias or attribution effect) describes the tendency to over-value dispositional or personality-based explanations for the observed behaviors of others while under-valuing situational explanations for those behaviors. The fundamental attribution error is most visible when people explain the behavior of others. It does not explain interpretations of one's own behavior—where situational factors are often taken into consideration. This discrepancy is called the actor–observer bias.

Deal with it, it doesn't suit you to act like a child. I expected much better from you.

It's going real well! The last time I weighed in a couple weeks back I had shed 26 lbs. My next weigh-in will be on X-Mas eve morning. What is wonderful are the pants I haven't worn in 2-3 years that were too tight a month or so ago, I'm now wearing to work! And folks are noticing, which always puts a smile on my face. Good for you for converting some. I try to do the same but when some hear that I don't eat any grains, their reaction is pretty much the same .... "Oh I couldn't give up grains. I can't do that." My response is always ... "Well if you believe you can't, then you never will!"
