Thanks for the Rep. I'm doing some catch up today as my daughter nad her husband are in California for a conference on improving customer service and I'm babysitting their kids. I had to clean up a mess a bear left in their yard, they live in an outer suburb of Minneapolis. The kids were scared out of their wits, so I took over for the babysitter they had babysitting the kids.
