I agree that investing in yourself is always the best investment! But if you need a safe place to put money - t-bills are the only place right now. There will be a time to buy stocks again, and if you are prudent you can make a large profit! Thx for the rep!

A correlation trade is a trade where different assets trade relative to other. There is a correlation between the prices of the two assets. For example, buying gold and shorting the dollar is a correlation trade. Stocks going up in the US and up in Europe is another correlation trade.
