    Ever notice "risky behavior" according to the Dems includes being fat, smoking, drinking and such but doesn't include anal sex, intravenous drug use, unprotected sex of any kind, or anything else that is a known risk factor for AIDS? THESE folks won't get extra penalties or taxes, but smokers, drinkers and fat people will.

    By the way! I now know and truly feel your frustration of having someone post nasty messages on your visitor board, while having their's turned off!

    Even though I didn't know mine was off and yep that was along time ago, but better late than never. I apologize, because yes its frustrating!
