Very good Ollie , I missed that even though I tried to look to see if it said who he was at top.
He is a district judge, one of the three and he was out voted byt the other two judges who then gave the COURT DECISION that the RNC had broken the consent decree.
He was thedesenting judge just like at times the SCOTUS decisions will including a desenting opinion of the judges on the losing side of the argument.
The fact still remains the court found the RNC in violation huh?
Where in that document does it say that?
He is the lawyer presenting the side of the RNC.
He is not a judge of anything
Who is J Fisher?
