I go for day trips that take me on roads I've never been on before. Normally on days I would be missing my Mary I do things like drive to lake Erie for coffee or try to find the end of a local road that I've never been to the end of before.

This was my youngest brother . He's my youngest brother and no matter what problems he had he hesitated to ask for help. He lived in a small 1 bedroom apartment and fought off throat cancer twice. Between those battles and beer he just gave up. Daughter goes back to work Monday.

I haven't posted much on here it's been a bad year first my daughter had bad results on a knee replacement and had to have a second surgery. She's been off work for about 3 months. Then My youngest in Germany son passed away, and today we lost my youngest Brother. Really feeling old.

Started the day at 0630 Lowering Flags to half staff. In front of my house, in 2 cemeteries, and in front of City hall. Got into American Legion Uniform and played MC for ceremonies in the cemeteries and then had light lunch at the Legion Then went around raising the flags back to full staff...
