My girl who died in spetember at 14 would talk. She would sit in front of me and do this yayayayayay kind of sound. It was like the start of a growl. I would then start asking her things like "do you want me to go outside", "do you want a yummy" and she would do a little sneeze thing to say yes. She wanted to talk so badly and in a way she did.
I am just sold on the mix of these two wonderful breeds. They are so very smart if you talk to then all the time like a person they pick up so much. I already talk to the puppy the time.
He is a bordercollie /Austrailian shepard mix. My last dog was one too. They are very high energy, brillent, beautiful, hardly shed and their hair is as soft as feathers. It takes a person who is willing to spend time with them to make them livable but they are wonderful dogs.
They are both herders so you can NOT just throw them in the backyard while you go to work. They will distroy everything out of bordom.
I love all dogs but this mix is just perfect in my mind. -
