I think Obamacare goes too far in regulating what must be offered and must be purchased, and I'd prefer the dircctions of Coburn and Barrazo, who don't necessarily choke at the notions of using Obamacare type taxes to subsidize high risk pools and offer tax credits to uninsured to buy private insurance. I'm for about anything that puts private insurors into medicare type market share to squeeze provider charges for treatment. I thought Obamacare was constitutional on both commerce regulation and tax power.
