Zimmerman will never be under oath unless he chooses to testify, which will be over his attorney's strenuous objection, I would imagine.I don't care what he says at all until he's under oath. The guy's story is shady. He's scared and will say just about anything right now. Get him into custody, do something. This talking isn't getting anyone anywhere.
They need to gather evidence that the police may have overlooked. The kid can't speak for himself, someone needs to do what they can with what we know.
I voted "yes" just because I think it benefits both parties to have the prosecution present its case. If I were in Zimmerman's shoes and I felt that what I did was legal, I'd sleep a lot better with a no bill in hand than to have all this stuff hanging over my head indefinitely.
