Hillary is counting on strong support from that voting block...if she gets tepid support...she's in trouble.

My point however is that Clinton is counting on strong support from a voting block that has a history of not always turning out to vote. If that were the case in this election than Hillary Clinton's chances of becoming President are severely affected.
