Generally anywhere between Pink Floyd and Megadeth.
No dark or death metal please....no offense.

So I'll just do my top 12 off the top of my head...
No particular order.
Carlos Santana
Eddie Van Halen
Jimi Hendrix
Jimmy Page
Randy Rhoads
John Sykes
Joe Satriani
Dave Prichard
Glenn Tipton

Great list and great question, Angelo! I don't have many to add to your list. I would add Angus Young of AC/DC, Steve Vai, Frank Zappa, when he ventured into hard rock, Neil Young, when he ventured into hard rock, Steve Morse, and Ronnie Montrose. I'll try to think of some more. Oh, also Robin Trower, and Slash of Guns 'N Roses.

I was just never much of a big fan of heavy metal or hard rock but then I never figured Pink Floyd to be heavy metal.

Sorry guys two notes ain't no god damn chord must less a so called power chord. A chord has at least three damn notes, fools.
