Whenever anyone asks me why I think the government is the problem I think of things like this.

WI Judge to Zinniker, FTCLDF: No "Fundamental Right" to Own a Cow, or Consume Its Milk...Am I Making Myself Clear? - Journal - The Complete Patient - The Business of Your Health

I am sure someone thinks this idiot is right, but I cannot imagine it.

s it safe to say that under the judge's interpretation, anyone who owns a cow operates a dairy farm? I don't think I want the judge's answer to that question. If you live in Wisconsin, it seems you have only one remaining choice, a highly personal choice, if you truly do believe you have certain "fundamental rights."

The Ruling is from the State Court. It should be Appealed.
The Fed's could come in under the Commerce Clause and make trouble too. Still, Personal Consumption should be protected. Distributing Commercially needs to meet State and Federal Standards.

I am pretty sure you cannot find a single post where I defended bombing a country.

Clearly the OP and author of the article didn’t bother to read the ruling.
