It's doubtful that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in his wildest, most optimistic dreams, would have dared to imagine when he set off for the United States last week that Israelis would respond to his six-day trip so enthusiastically: According to a new Haaretz poll, they are giving the visit high marks, considering it an overwhelming success.
The poll, conducted by the Dialog organization, under the supervision of Prof. Camil Fuchs of the Tel Aviv University Statistics Department, showed that 47 percent of the Israeli public believes the U.S. trip was a success, while only 10 percent viewed it as a failure.

Looks like once again the Arab Muslim haters base their entire diatribe on lies and half truths
Yeah you moron: Everyone who does not hail Netanyahoo and his low poll and elections results is an "Arab Muslim hater".
I am free to not to believe in Netanyahoo´s 162 % approval rates. His election result is 23,4 %, his current approval rate is 29 %. Thanks for your incredible bias, though. It shows, arguing with you is waste of time as you do not have any interest in reality but only in being a servant.
I have no idea where Haaretz was polling. Maybe in an illegal settler village...

Showing that you don't understand how democracy works.
23,4 % is just some kind of scanty...

So if there are 6 candidates what percentage would you expect in a fair election for each ? Would you expect it to be +/- 18%
No nonsense! It doesn´t matter how many parties run. We have many parties in Germany:

Proving what, apart from the fact you cant understand why a balanced set of candidates can have such a low number of votes and still have a landslide victory. In the last UK elections one party had a share of the vote equal to 12% yet won no seats. Another party won 3 seats and only managed 3% of the vote

You don´t get it. 23.4 % is a low result, whatever you say.

No it is that does not get it as you cant understand how representative democracy works. If you have 6 equal candidates ten you would expect the voting to also be equal at 17% each. The fact that Likud managed to get 23.4% shows that they had a larger voting bloc and so more support. It is a 30% INCREASE ON THE OTHER PARTIES

Nope. There is no natural basic share each candidate gets. Otherwise, there would be no reason to held elections.

And again you fail to understand that in a fair election with very little in it between 5 candidates each would expect to get +/- 20% of the vote. two candidates would get +/- 50% of the vote. When the split is higher then you know the higher placed candidate is better thought of or there has been some vote rigging taking place.

So you need to look at the whole picture to see what the other candidates polled, and if they were close to the 23.4% then it is not a low figure

So all the haters suddenly are amazed and cheering Zionist leaders who step up in named of "the people" and "values".

Oh Pleease. Save it. You don't care about Israel in the least. But since it's a good chance of bringing out an article against the leadership, you go with it.

Well around 2 weeks ago Ya'alon was the defense minister, a huge member of the leadership.

so?
