Like the children's poem written by Eugene Field, a trio of lunatics seem running the White House these days. Wynken Is personified by Press Secretary Karene Jean-Pierre, who is neither informed nor believed about anything of substance. Blynken is Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who is similarly lacking in these traits. And Nod is obviously doddering President Joe Biden.

In the poem, these three sail off into a make-believe sea, casting nets of silver and gold in order to catch herring-fish. "Twas all so pretty a sail it seemed as if it could not be; and some folk thought 'twas a dream they dreamed of sailing that beautiful sea." Are they not now casting trillions of dollars about in order catch gullible voters? Will they ever wake up?

How prescient that this poem was written in 1938, just before the greatest disaster in world history.

The war party is in charge now, and we know what happens when they are.

I’m confused.
In one thread, Sleepy Joe is bumbling old man who’s out of his mind and in the next he’s an international mobster who’s able to manage his 400 criminal LLCs and simultaneously wield the justice dept at his political rivals.

Which is it? :dunno:
