WoW!!! Even The FOXNEWS Calls Out Ryan's Speech As Nothing But A Bag Of Bogus

How funny, the left is now worshipping FOX NEWS

:lmao:

That's your problem, Steph, along with all of the other batcrap crazy right wingers. You make assumptions that are just not correct. Who in the hell said they WORSHIP Fox News???

Lyin' Ryan & mitt are taking a gamble thinking that the Idies & Undecideds won't check-up on their zaney statements for accuracy.

You're a lying sack of shit, you know that? FOX NEWS did not say anything like that. Sally Kohn was asked by FOX NEWS to write the liberal response to Ryan's speech...

Sally Kohn

It really doesn't bother you to be such a fucking liar, does it.

FOX printed it. It appeared in their publication. Even in the editorial section (where their news people cite sources of "what's been said" from) this is nearly unprecedented. Usually if they want the opinion of a liberal, they'll invite them onto a show where they're constantly interrupted and talked over and down to.

Kohn has written 59 articles for Fox News, starting in October of 2010.

Sally Kohn - Archive - FoxNews.com

You still want to claim this is "unprecedented"?

To be fair, the word "nearly" preceded the word "unprecedented."

So she's staff. Some of the on-air shows have a token liberal on staff as well. I also said the liberals on those programs, invited guests and staff alike, were talked over and drowned out.

I'm going through the list of fox opinion writers to see the ratio breakdown. I'll get back to you.

Describing it in these three words, Dazzling, Deceiving & Distracting.

Paul Ryan

I mean, WoW...just WOW!!!

Kudos to THEFOX. :clap2: :clap2:

Just think, if we could get that kind of honesty out of Msnbc and cnn how much better this country would be. Those of us on the right hold our leaders accountable, you guys should try doing the same sometime, only then will you get real change that benefits all.

The plant that closed before he took office? I know ya'll think we think Obama is the "messiah", but apparently it's the RW that think he invented a time machine.

Ignoring it closed in April, 2009, three months after Obama took office, what's even funnier is this is from the party that spent years talking about the "Bush recession" that started six months before he took office.

The only consistency in the left is the endless application of double standards

While you're doing that, go over the staffs of shows on MSNBC, CNN, and other liberal media and check their ratios.

Meanwhile, please answer this question that no one else on the left will:

Which is the official opinion of Fox News: The article condemning the speech, or the article praising it?

Has Paul Ryan responded to any of this yet, or will he ? This seems to be damaging (imho), but like everything else I could be easily mis-led by the interpretation of his speech as comprehended by others maybe. Right now it apears to be damaging, so I would like to hear his defense on these blunders or lies maybe. Marc-alt I may need to give you an apology also, and if so I do apologize. Could these people actually think that their base is that stupid maybe (or think that the democrats are that stupid maybe), in that they would gobble up such a thing if were not so ?

Now do MSNBC.

So it comes down to lies verses lies then, and may the best liars win I guess. We as U.S. Citizens probably don't deserve any better than this anymore anways.

Let me ask this question or questions maybe, could Paul Ryan had been set up, where as he was reading from a script that he didn't (as he should have) do his complete fact check on before he read from it in the convention, where as he spoke these blunders or lies that were put foward by him, in which could have been simply repeated by him when he read them maybe? Did Paul Ryan know what he was reading, and that it could have been written wrong, and yet refused to ad-lib the situation thus sticking to the script and thinking the audience wouldn't catch on (or) did he know that this was exactly the way it was written, and so he decided to repeat a lie in hopes that it wouldn't be caught or what, because it made such a statment against Obama if were not caught on to ? I'm confused badly by all of this, but then again not surprised though, as Obama has lied also in many many ways looking back, especially on the one about going full transparency in government for us all to see or hear almost everything transpiring in government after his election.

Balance, you say?
Now do MSNBC.
If MSNBC does it... Then does it make both of them fair and balanced?

So... Fox isn't fair and balanced? I mean... Wouldn't it promote fair and balanced to actually say that Fox put it up for that reason... Thus... It is actually saying something to that effect just as it says the opposite?

Don't get wrong... I still don't think Fox is. I mean you have to be consistent to actually acquire that kind of title. But man... It just seems silly to argue that it didn't say what it said. Do you ant to prove that is fair or balanced or not?

I'm not sure you understand what I've been saying.

FOX NEWS did not put up the story by the liberal writer, panning the Ryan speech, because they agree with her... they put it up along side stories praising Ryan's speech (again, not because they agree with that either) in an effort to present both sides of the story... in an effort to be 'fair & balanced'.

Claiming FOX NEWS called Ryan out as a liar is disingenuous. You'd have to simultaneously claim they stood up for him and agreed with him, since they put up positive pieces as well as negative ones. You really can't say they both agreed and disagreed with Ryan.
Solid argument. Well met...

We agree to disagree that Fox is "fair and balanced" though if you believe it is.

ty. You appear to be just about the only left leaning posted weighing in on this that at least concedes the argument that FOX was not slamming Ryan's speech, just because they posted a liberal piece that didn't like it.

The plant that closed before he took office? I know ya'll think we think Obama is the "messiah", but apparently it's the RW that think he invented a time machine.
Didn't read it, did you?

Ryan acknowledged that the plant had already been slated for shutdown in 2008. That was his point. People voted for him because they thought Obama represented hope to get the plant back in operation. In fact, that had been known since at least February 2008, when Obama came to Janesville to speak, and specifically addressed the plant closure in his remarks, delivered at the plant itself — and promised to keep it and other plants like it open “for the next hundred years” (emphasis mine):

--

Those are the steps we can take to ease the cost crisis facing working families. But we still need to make sure that families are working. We need to maintain our competitive edge in a global by ensuring that plants like this one stay open for another hundred years, and shuttered factories re-open as new industries that promise new jobs. And we need to put more Americans to work doing jobs that need to be done right here in America.
This is what I was wondering about, the exact context of the situation, and you seem to be making a good case for Ryan here.
