No, just like they weren't supposed to listen to our phone calls, the govt. will pass a law under "national security priorities" that will allow them to look into who we are are, how we voted, and where we live. It was for a time when no one read, or very few read save the rich and people didn't vote , they used representatives (aka EC ) to vote for President. We no longer need that.
