Damn, hitting the bottle early I see. From your source, tax revenue in 2018 was 3.33 Trillion dollars. In 2019 it was 3.46 Trillion dollars. That is a bit shy of a four percent increase, or 130 billion dollars. But in 2018 tax revenue only increased by 10 billion dollars. It was a 1200% increase in the amount of additional revenue over the previous years gain. Obama had larger increases in year over year revenue than 130 billion dollars five out of eight years. Trump had a bigger increase in 2020.

Fed Rev 2018 was 3.33 trillion
Fed Rev 2019 was 3.46 trillion

The formula for rate of change is new-old/old.

Thus 3.46-3.33=0.13 0.13/3.33= 3.90%

That is how much Federal tax REVENUE increased between 2018 and 2019.
