These are the rules professional soldiers are handicapped by in Iraq.
On a personal note i would have no qualms about shooting him in the back.Just a pity he is awake.
In a combat environment, enemy soldier's are fair game whether or not they are shooting at you, or an "immediate threat."
Reading WAY too far into the pic. Why does ANYONE assume the target is anything more than what it is? An enemy combatant armed with a Soviet-style RPG.
