TORONTO - A Toronto woman has been charged after a suspect masked with an ISIS bandana allegedly swung a golf club at store employees while screaming threats and Islamic chants on Saturday afternoon at the same time that a terrorist rampage occurred in London.

Sources told the Toronto Sun that a woman entered Cedarbrae Mall in Scarborough and then the Canadian Tire store, where she walked to the paint section.

She ranted "Allahu Akbar" - God is great - before swinging a golf club at employees, sources said. The woman was restrained by several employees, who allegedly found a knife on her.

Rehab Dughmosh, 32, is facing seven charges including two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of possession of a weapon, threaten death or bodily harm, and carrying a concealed weapon.

She is scheduled to appear at College Park Courts on Tuesday morning.

Well the RCMP and TPS are involved in the investigation, which means they will have zero intelligence on this person since these agencies are notorious for chasing rabbits and manufacturing threats, not dealing with legitimate threats. It wasn't even reported on CBC until today even though it happened days ago. Real threats like this; which if planned better and if she had an accomplice would have been successful, are rarely if ever on the radar of authorities. Luckily she only used a golf club.

You can google a crazy guy, Aaron Driver, who was literally in a taxi on his way to a mall to blow himself up and would have succeeded if not for the FBI alerting Canada. The failure of this particular case was on a massive scale since he was on a watch list, was apparently "being watched" (not very closely) and involved the failure of all of CSIS, the RCMP, London (Ontario) Police, Toronto Police Services and Ontario Provincial police. He did in fact succeed in blowing himself up and almost taking a taxi driver with him, though the RCMP were able to intercept him before he made it to the mall (thanks to the FBI, and some intense work by CSIS to I.D him after getting intel).

That's the Canadian Way. We will underfund our NATO obligations, enter allied corporations on Canadian soil and undermine them to provide benefit to Canadian businesses, provide nearly zero intelligence to allies and when we do it ends up not being reliable or credible a la Maher Arar (which cost the Canadian taxpayer $11M dollars). These agencies wonder why America is looking to drastically alter NAFTA...
