This guy is probably the best and most credible eyewitness to the shooting. He has no apparent reason for lying nor do I see how he could he could give the account he did unless he really did see what he says he did. His version of events is consistent with Wilson's. He is able to describe what he say in detail, answers questions well, while giving a consistent narrative both between his police interview and his grand jury testimony.
Witness 10 describes the struggle at the police car, Wilson chasing Brown, Brown sticking his hand to his waistband, and charging forward towards Wilson. Wilson opens fire at this point. Brown keeps charging and Wilson keeps firing until he finally goes to the ground. Same thing that Wilson says happened. He also says that he is sure that Brown never put his hands up or try to surrender.
lHe also tells investigators that he believes Wilson was justified in shooting Brown. He came forward 2 days later because of the shitstorm that was brewing with people saying things that he knew weren't true. That this was not a case of police corruption and people should know the truth.
