U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta ruled Tuesday that Sicknick's partner, Sandra Garza, can proceed with her civil lawsuit against Trump over the officer's death after Jan. 6, 2021, but only on two of the counts. Mehta dismissed the wrongful death and negligence civil counts against Trump, but will allow Garza's claims against Trump under D.C.'s Survival Act to proceed. The Survival Act allows an individual's legal representative to pursue legal action on their behalf after their death. Garza is the representative of Sicknick's estate.

Really? Are you sure about that? Who built the gallows? That’s one question I’ve yet to see answered…in the most surveilled area in the world, in days leading up to the president giving a speech, and the counting of the electoral ballots…half of DC was closed off, and NOBODY got them building those gallows on camera? NOBODY got any cell phone footage of it? No police officer stopped them and said “eh..hey there sonny…what’s the big idea??” Nobody got video of someone lugging lumber and tools to the site where it was built? Or even if it was already built, nobody got video of several people dragging it across the lawn?


That whole thing just doesn’t add up. SOMEONE should have had video of that.

Remember, news of his death was published on the evening of January 6th, yet he wasn't admitted to the hospital until the following day. The whole thing reeks of conspiracy and the left and media were complicit blaming Trump.

Really? America is now at the point where it takes a COURT to admit Trump, who wasn't even at the J6 protest who urged people to be lawful didn't cause the death of a cop who didn't even die there that day?
