Will We Be Saved by Regulation?

Regulation has been the seminal issue since the Industrial Revolution, when mercantilism began to really catalyze the tying of politics to culture. Today, we even have Hollywood (USA) movies to echo this trend.

The recent social popularity of the rate-flexible American institution Citizens Bank reveals a new age demand for consumerism-friendly grids.

Consumerism can perhaps be coordinated with marketing. However, such a lifestyle-concept development does beckon questions about regulation that arise from everyday layman worries (i.e., "How safe are Internet transactions?").
