God also Be-ing A Ruler thought to be and attributed as being in the same 'class league' as the other Autonomous styles of Government 'rulers'.

Another reason also possible :
Gives individuals something to be 'active' within... and could be a life long 'activity'..
Mom and/or dad always chiding the child while growing up, 'DO something WITH YOUR life', could lead to a rebellious spirit..
