QE is the purchase of Government Bonds by the Central Bank [The Fed] in order to add liquidity to the economy. It worked ...the Quantitative easing ended in October of last year. Obama 's plan of QE was successful and now the European central Bank just recently started their own under Draghi their Bank chief. They tried the neocon austerity measures and they failed and now they are doing what Obama did earlier...Obama saved the auto industry , the economy, the stock market, the labor market , he is creating wage gains through overtime expansion . He has expanded access to health.... the Black guy
