Russia has been apart of European culture for centuries; and by extension American culture. They share many western values and western history.

Russia is a huge country with vast untapped resources. It would be to our benefit to continue to cultivate and implement various trade deals and business partnerships with the Russian government.

Russia has been our friend and ally before; specifically during WWll and after the fall of the Berlin wall and deserves a place at our table.

The current hardline stance by some members of the U.S. government, and subsequent witch hunt, is nothing but partisan politics run amuck.

Pres. Trump has intimated that Russia's correct position should be as our close friend, not our enemy.

I fail to see why anyone would disagree with that? .....

They are a scapegoat for the left right now, that's all. The last guy tried a reset button so they wanted to be on better terms. But now they have lost the election and need to pin it on someone to make it look like Trump is illegitimate.

That way they can attack away while convincing people they are doing God's work. The fact that what the real problem was is corruption in the media and the Democrat party is something that needs to be swept under the rug.

Trump needs to go on an all out offensive. They are at war and Trump has been on defense. There is SOOOOO much shit the Democrats did that he should pull precious resources off making America great again (unfortunately)and focus on hearings, investigations, press conferences WHEN the dirt is dig up.

Over and over and over. All day long every day. And throw as many bastards in jail as possible. They are trying to overthrow our government and need to be brought to justice.

Part of it is reasonable, particularly any possibility that they have influenced an election and/or public officials. It doesn't get much more serious than that.

The rest of it, yeah, is partisan political opportunism, which has so infected our politics across the spectrum as to make them virtually unidentifiable.
.

Russia first got on the bad side of the U.S. government during the Sochi olympics. Pres Putin had outlawed public homo parades, and other forms of open faggotry where the games were being held. Obama became enraged and basically declared Russia as enemy #1 ......

It is indeed a strange state of affairs when the socialists start protesting socialism.

So you believe the revelations of Democrat corruption influenced the election? If so who's fault is it really? The guy that spilled the beans? Libs love whistle blowers when it suits them.

The alt righties are now scrambling every where looking for allies, so they turn to the Ruskies.

Really?
