1) 1 In 4 Voters Already Know Someone Who Has Lost Insurance because of Obamacare: One in four Americans have either lost their health insurance because of Obamacare or know someone who has, according to a new poll shared first with The Daily Caller.
The YG Network Congressional District Poll of 1,652 likely voters in 11 competitive U.S. House districts indicates Obamacare will be a powerful issue that motivates voters in important races in 2014.

Twenty-seven percent of respondents claimed knowing someone or personally receiving a health-insurance cancellation notice.

2) Almost all of the people signing up for Obamacare lost their coverage because of Obamacare: Then there are the roughly three million people said to have signed up for private insurance. In mid-January, the Wall Street Journal reported that a relatively small percentage of the new sign-ups were previously uninsured Americans gaining coverage through Obamacare. The rest were people who were covered and lost that coverage in the market disruptions largely caused by Obamacare.
A McKinsey and Co. survey cited by the Journal found that just 11 percent of private insurance signups were people who previously had no coverage. Other surveys found that about one-quarter of new sign-ups were previously uninsured.

Whatever the precise number, it appears that a large majority of the activity in Obamacare private coverage sign-ups is essentially a churn operation: The system throws people out of their coverage, and then those people come to the system to sign up for new coverage, and that is reported as a gain for Obamacare.

3) The uninsured HATE Obamacare: The January Kaiser Family Foundation health tracking poll shows that just 24% of the uninsured approve of ObamaCare. That's down from 40% the month before the reform officially launched in October, and it's a full 10 points below the public's overall favorable rating.

ALL of it here

Obamacare is in development. It is not where it will be in ten years.

rightwing histerics of a "plague" or catastrphe are overblown and childish. Obamacare is here to stay......time for Republicans to get over their temper tantrum

People should be outraged over this ObamaCare pile of crap...
I guess the 48 million that Obama said needed this law agree as they are staying away from it apparently.
Or did Obama and the Democrats lie about that number as well.

They were outraged in Oct when they were first exposed to it, now they are just pissed.

Nov will tell the tale.

A perfect answer from an Obama adoring Liberal who cares more about the far-left agenda than the country.

Obamacare will destroy our healthcare system as we know it, it has already started. It is so bad even Obama realizes he has to break his own law, one he signed, the one that bears his name, with delays merely for political reasons.

No matter how much the far left want it to work, it will not, it will only continue to get worse. Far too many people are, or will be affected by the left's socialization of healthcare, eventually many democrats will start yelling for its repeal. If anyone with half a brain (All the 'Joe Bidens' out there) can easily see what it is already doing, but those half-wits still refuse to admit it is the worst law congress has or ever will pass. Admitting its failure would be admitting Obama and the dems. who passed the ACA were idiots, and they will never admit to that.

So, just saying, give it more time is like saying, oh go ahead and shove your head back into the sand and pretend everything is okay.
And, BTW, I'll throw a 'temper-tantrum' any damn time I feel the CPUSA (aka Democrats) is further threatening my country with their anti-American socialist agendas.

Millions lost their plans, they lost them because the old plans were not compliant, they were cancelled BECAUSE of the ACA, do you teach others to lie like you do?

RW do you really believe the reason people are organizing lawsuits
is just being "upset over insurance plans"?

What is at stake is defending the Constitutional right to check federal govt for expanding and imposing mandates without consent of taxpayers.

This is an opportunity to educate the public and set a strong precedent that
the govt has to follow procedures and not bypass checks and balances
to protect the consent of the public.

If you and others happen to agree with this law, I guess you don't see it as a big deal.

What if someone abused the same process ACA used
to pass some law MANDATING a policy you DIDN'T AGREE with?

* such as with insurance mandates, that everyone go through "spiritual healing"
to cut costs of health care. That this process is REQUIRED in order to cut costs.
* or a mandate to ban abortions or ban sex if you don't first
sign up and prove that both parents consented and are willing to pay costs
if pregnancy or a child results.
* someone else suggested a mandate that everyone be required to carry a gun
to deter crime

What if you didn't agree with the mandate pushed by federal govt as a tax?

Would you still agree "it's no big deal" RW?

Can you name ONE thing that if the federal govt MANDATED
(using the same process and system of ACA)
that would make YOU as livid about govt abuse as the opponents of ACA?

What would make you react the same way? anything?

how about a federal mandate that all homosexuals must go through healing
in order to be able to qualify for marriage by proving they are natural first
and not unnatural or sick.

Would that upset you enough?

Hi I can't tell whose quotes are whose.

Whoever accused rightwing of wanting people to die forgets about the prolife people
and ministries which do provide medical care and help to the needy WITHOUT govt.

Are you saying because they do this VOLUNTARILY it doesn't count?
Only if they are forced to pay through insurance mandates through govt then it counts?

Just because people want FREE CHOICE HOW to provide health care for all people in different ways to reach ALL populations (instead of govt mandates that only allow insurance, or else you get fined, and this did not even cover all the costs or the people)

does NOT mean wanting to deprive anyone of health.
We just believe more people can be covered by FREE CHOICE of which system to use.

You are like arguing that people who want free choice of abortion without govt penalty
"want to kill babies" but that's not true or fair.

What we want is FREE CHOICE of health care and not to be penalized by govt fines.

It's one thing to support health care for all; another thing to abuse federal govt to push it through with private insurance mandates, which isn't the only way to set it up and which bypassed Constitutional procedures so it didn't respect the process or represent the people.

if you abuse govt this way, that is why people are protesting by calling it forced socialism.

Why not reward taxpayers and citizens for setting up health care for all people through business, churches, charities medical schools and programs, that's called FREE ENTERPRISE. No one is opposed to that. So if you support some narrow plan that doesn't cover all the people that FREE ENTERPRISE covers, but takes money AWAY from these programs by forcing people and businesses ONLY TO PAY FOR INSURANCE by force of law;
OF COURSE people are going to accuse you of attacking free choice and imposing
govt controlled "socialized medicine."

Not even the Singlepayer advocates I've checked with support the ACA but oppose the third party insurance interests crashing the plan. If you are honest, you would agree it's flawed.

Hi RW if the people like you agreed to pay for this plan while it develops,
I might believe you are sincere in your support.

But any plan that requires imposing mandates on OPPONENTS to pay
is not taking full responsibility for our plans or proposals.

If I am designing a car, and one of my prototypes kills someone out of negligence
by fault of design, I can't just say, well it was a prototype.

You can be forgiven for your good intent that went sour,
but the cost and consequences still have to be accounted for.

That is where i DON'T see a lot of Singlepayer advocates jumping up to
take responsibility here. it's like passing a bad bill and expecting the
dissenters to carry all the costs of stopping it.

you may think this is just politics as usual.
But when I am in debt from bailing out Democrat districts from
past abuses, and still working two jobs to pay for that, I can't take on
fixing all this mess while "supporters" like you sit back and let other people suffer.

From my perspective, RW and this is as a prochoice Democrat who is trying to correct the problems with the party and with politics, this abuse of govt and party system to
violate Constitutional rights, equality, principles and procedures
amounts to "conspiring to violate civil rights"

it is deliberately abusing the media and majority rule voting system
to pass bad laws that didn't follow or meet Constitutional standards
on representation, equal protection of interests, ethics, and process.

It looks like I may have to launch my own petition or class action suit
if everyone who keeps supporting this bill refuses to take responsibility
for fixing the problems with it.

Anyone who is not actively teaching that it has Constitutional flaws
and should never have been passed in this flawed state is
basically conspiring to violate civil rights and due process.

So you can sit back if you want, but that is like the people who
let Hitler run amok, saying it's just a process and we can fix the problems later.

the more damage done now, the more expensive and harder to fix.
the real damage done is to the integrity to Constitutional laws,
checks and balances, process, equal representation and protections without
discrimination by creed, and unethical abuse of political parties to bypass these checks and balances.
