At least tie up the leaders of those sanctuary states/cities in hundreds of lawsuits for the rest of their lives. That way they get to lose everything they own and go through hell in the process.
That's a trick the left is particularly fond of.
States and municipalities have no legal obligation to enforce federal immigration law.
Actually it is a violation of individual rights for states or municipalities to attempt to enforce federal immigration law.
ROFLMAO, providing information about an illegal criminal isn't a violation of their rights. Where do you freaks come up with this shit?
.
Immigration is outside of state or local jurisdiction, so they can't be authorized to do anything about immigration.
They have no more ability to question immigration status than the guy working the counter at a Wendy's.
And by the way, being in violation of immgration law is not a crime, but just a regulatory infraction.
It can become a crime if one committed fraud with a fake ID or something, but not if for example, you just over stay a visa.
