There have been numerous interstate murders by illegals released by sanctuary jurisdictions why not try them in the state where the murder happened so they can serve state and federal time. Other felonies abound so, why not break the back of the Ds?

Agree...under 8 U.S.C 1324 all of the treasonous pieces of shits should pay.

At least tie up the leaders of those sanctuary states/cities in hundreds of lawsuits for the rest of their lives. That way they get to lose everything they own and go through hell in the process.

That's a trick the left is particularly fond of. :biggrin:

Send them to jail.

That's why we're militarizing the police, walling in the citizenry, and building for profit internment camps. The future is looking pretty ugly over the next 2-3 decades. Weather events on the rise, concentration of wealth and power, not enough jobs for all to live on, endless war, chaotic economic system with the eventual demise of the petrodollar on the horizon, health"care" more and more unaffordable to the diminishing working class. The power structure is certainly going to have to "manage" all these extra hominids the capital no longer requires for profit margin growth to infinity.

States and municipalities have no legal obligation to enforce federal immigration law.

The trick is to keep the masses frothing at the mouth to get at one another over this "left" versus "right" charade. The unsubstantial people will take care of themselves, utterly neutered in the face of concentrated power and wealth.

No, but the people who run them and make their policies can be held both criminally and civilly liable for them...

Nice. Empty. Theater. 25% of the planet's incarcerated population, 5% of the planet's total population. How many of your total inmates are federal?

For profit, with legally enslaved labor leasing back to corporations. For profit internment/detention camps, for scary brown people. They can't hold whites? Looks like many are missing quite a lot.

Can't we just use "the law" to lock up everyone we don't like?

Why wait, just being a sanctuary is illegal.

8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(iii)
knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

Ever notice how "the law" never really ever resolves anything in the US?
