When folks say Fox News is not as biased as most, they are talking about the news reporting shows, not the editorial shows where their job is to entertain by expressing their biased views.

There is a difference between being biased and being fair and balanced.
Yes Fox is biased just like all of the other news stations are.
Reporting fair and balanced is what Fox does. They have both sides of the political ideologies more so than any other news station has. This is what Fox means when they say that, not because they are a conservative biased news station, just like MSNBC is a biased liberal news station.
MSNBC has one moderate right winger Joe Scarborough Conservative while Fox has many different Left wingers like Bob Beckel and Alan Colmes plus they also have independents on also.

Here's a fun fact. MSNBC openly admits it has a bias ("Lean Forward"). Fox News flat out lies ("Fair and Balanced")

MSNBC has Morning Joe. Fox has zero liberal pundits with their own show.
