I just I read an article in a German paper that heavily critizises several German companies for donating money to several campains in the current US election.
It suprises me that this is even legal?
In my country it is not only frowned upon to take donations from foreigners for your election campain, it is in fact a punishable offense that will likely end the political career of someone doing that.
