This very subject of water is another possible reason to suspect that the whole conflict is Theatre and one huge False Flag -- similar in many ways to the 9/11 False Flag .

Any decent hard core group of Freedom Fighters would have spent the last several years installing elite force sleeper cells .
Their purpose ---to Kill Poison every major reservoir , fresh water lake and major river .
That would stop a war within four days maximum .
