I couldn't stand the board back in 2010. I didn't like Obama's politics but with him being new the discussion back then was far less centered on issues and more on race/personality. I found that boring and while that's still here, it is far easier now to avoid.

Gotta have thick skin.

Gotta stick around long enough for usmb'ers to get to know you.

Gotta be able to dig down deep for that snarky part of you and use it.

Gotta ignore basic expectations of the good, the bad, the ugly and know it is just the bad and ugly here.

dear, working harder is for Persons from less developed economies. we should strive to work "smarter not harder".
