Why do people think the Biden Admin. was bound to the agreement Trump made to withdraw from Afghanistan?

I keep seeing it implied (and stated by Biden himself) that the U.S. and Biden Admin. had to continue with the U.S. withdrawal because of the agreement Trump had made last year to withdraw.

Why?

1) President Joe Biden has spent months changing Trump policies, why couldn't he change regarding U.S.withdrawal from Afghanistan?
2) Some will say that "The American voters wanted the U.S. to withdraw".

So? Americans always want to end our
involvement overseas somewhere. It is an IAO (Instinctive American Opinion). If you polled the American people and ask them if the U.S. should withdraw from Cardassia you would probably get a majority supporting that.

Beyond that, can anyone honestly say that there has been a massive grassroots movement in the U.S. for us to withdraw from Afghanistan? Of course not, It was a non issue in the last election.

So why do people want to claim the Biden Admin. was in any way obligated to go along with the agreements Trump had made?

tRump already had most of the troops out of the country. The Taliban was about to start attacking. It was either send more or get out. Which to do prefer?

Trump made no such agreement. Democrats boxed him in with two impeachments based on bogus documents and bogus charges so he wasn't able to make a deal. Biden is on his own but the hard core hate Trumpers would rather imagine a different scenario.

He is a bit different than the last guy. He is making the point with the world that the US can be trusted to keep its deals. L:ike it or don't like it, that's been a mainstay of his presidency, including keeping some promises with which he does not agree.

Well, you have a point. It's not as if the U.S. government has a history of keeping our promises in treaties. Just ask any Native American tribe.

Actually it was Surrender Monkey Tramp who said it!!!!
I started the process. All the troops are coming back home. They couldn’t stop the process. 21 years is enough. Don’t we think? 21 years. They couldn’t stop the process. They wanted to, but it was very tough to stop.” --Donald Surrender Monkey Trump, June 21st 2021, at a rally in Ohio.

Because Biden is stupid and he’s a liar. Trump’s withdrawal was conditional. Even if it wasn’t, so what? Biden stopped the Pipeline, stopped the Wall and is encouraging illegal immigration.

Integrity? President Trump signed an agreement as the head of this country. If Biden reneged he'd never be able to negotiate another treaty.

Sorry, but that’s not true. Trump’s treaty was conditional. Please tell us why Biden stopped the Keystone Pipeline, why he stopped Trump’s Wall and Vacated Trump’s “ Stay in Mexico” policy
Better yet, please tell us why Sleepy Joe didn’t get ALL Americans and our Afghan allies out and WHY we left BILLIONS of dollars of our Military equipment there
