NYT Nixed Interview With Stephen Miller At WH Request

So the mastermind behind the immigration policy of separating children from mothers at the border is Trump's immigration advisor, Stephen Miller. Miller's claim to fame is being a professional alt-right troll, or in other words, a conservative. He recently had an interview with the fake lying New York Times because for some reason, Trump and his people love to give exclusive interviews to the fake lying New York Times.

After the interview, the WH asked the NYT to not publish the audio from the interview because they were not comfortable with Stephen's audio being used in the podcast-- and the NYT agreed to this request because the NYT is the enemy of America and trying to tear down Trump by agreeing to what Trump asked them to do.

From the article: “They were not happy about it, so they asked us not to use it,” Davis stated, although The New York Times was under no obligation not to feature Miller. According to Josh Sternberg, an editor at AdWeek, the interview was on the record.

The WH was justified in requesting the audio not be used if they didn't feel it made them look good so kudos to the New York Times for agreeing not to use it -- If more media outlets were more considerate of Trump's wishes and would stop running news that is negative to Trump -- our country would be better off

Steven Miller....The WH only mistake was sending him for an interview to begin with. OMG that guy is soulless, heartless and programmed to spit out only far right slogans. I've seen him in action before and he's actually scary. The WH needs to keep him on a very short leash and out of the public view.

I disagree...The country is not better off censoring their activities..

Other than porn, censor nothing in the public square, ever.

At the risk of invoking Godwin's Law ... I calls him Lil Goebbels -

Interviews come and go but why didn't Barry Hussein let his IRS director testify before congress under a subpoena?
Aside from this having ZERO to do with Obama

You do understand that if a person asserts their 5th amendment right -- you are not obligated to force them not to assert it?

Sort of like how it wasn't Trump responsibility to stop his personal lawyer from invoking the 5th....or when Trump himself invoked the fifth to hide his adultery

Now go be stupid on someone else's thread.

I don't go around calling anyone a Nazi, but the first time I saw him in action, that was EXACTLY what I thought, and he is the ONLY one.

There are appropriate times to invoke Godwin - THIS is one

Pretty much of a non-story, any details of the interview that were kept from the public were the New York Time's choosing. So I'm not being anti-media here, nor anti-public disclosure. Just think granting permission to use Stephen Miller's voice in the podcast, doesn't make sense and forfeits too much editorial control. It is easy to manipulate sound cuts to make things sound different than intended.

As a favor to the President I have no objection to the NYT withholding an interview however after the interview the decision rests solely on the press what they want to do.

Jon Hoegstrom('Hoagy') WTVT Channel 13. He started off as a cameraman in the late 60's and became a director in the 70's. Known as 'Hoagy', he was a big guy with blond hair and a goatee. He was considered flexible, with a leader's presence who could do any directing task with style, whether it was 'Church Service,' Pulse, a commercial, or remote.
