Seeing Scalia has passed on it means Thomas will talk more.

Now what is your problem with him asking questions?

Because Justice Thomas political views are not the same as yours does not mean the man should not ask questions.

Also what does the color of his skin have to do with anything?

I find it sickening when the fringe element on the right uses President Obama skin color to support their racism against him, and I feel the same way when the fringe element attack those like Powell, C. Rice, Justice Thomas, and even Ben Carson...

Now before you write me a lecture how those like me base my opinion of President Obama based on his skin color please read my response again because President Obama could be a purple space alien from Uranus ( yes Your Anus ) and I would still disagree with him over the ACA and Gun Control...
