It doesn't matter who controls the Presidency, the State Department is deeply under the control of the entrenched bureaucracy, filled with meddlesome morons, who are convinced they are geniuses, who think they are there, not to represent OUR interests, but to "save the world". When these clowns are dumb enough to destroy Libya "to save" it. And this not more than a few years after we completely screwed up Iraq, and then off we go to "save Syria".
