Who thinks cuts offered in 10 years are serious?

Remember that this means that an entirely new Congress and President will have to create the bill pass it and sign it.

The Budget for the last 3 years hasn't really been serious.

Democrats are betting that in ten years no one would accept cuts in anything. We'll be well into being Greece in ten years.

It's like your kid saying "I'll do it tomorrow"... hoping you forget and they really won't have to do anything

Cuts that don't happen today aren't serious.

In another thread rightwinger claims Obama offered 800 million in cuts. Of course all 10 years from now.
