Who is your favorite televised or online chef?

I love Alton Brown, also Giada. However I've been watching Julia Child's videos and just came across these British cooks, pretty interesting too:

i really dont like flay.....the reason i like alton brown is you learn a great deal....how making a pound cake with us butter differs from european butter....

i never learn anything from flay....now for old school chefs....graham kerr was great.. pre sober...sorry but religion and soberness ruined him....i think the neelys may have good recipes but damn...how many yalls and sugars and honey must one hear....paula deens recipes will leave me flat 50% of the time...her mac/cheese sucked...her peach cobbler is to die for....\

I caught that once, forget what station. PBS? I liked one 'small show', don't know if it's still on Food Network or not, "Healthy Appetite." Good food, but low fat, calorie, sodium, etc.

He's been on local TV for at least 15 years. Old fart with a perennial 6 day beard. I'm pretty sure it's a syndicated show. Talk about cooking cheap LOL.

For a long time it was Emeril. These days it's Guy, Flay, and Ramsey....I like men with attitudes.

Years ago, the first cooking shows I got hooked on were The Frugal Gourmet with Jeff Smith, and that cajun dude, Justin Wilson....he cracked me up.
