The Pres.
He can ignore congress and do damn near anything he wants, but congress can't.

Congress has the power to over ride the president also.

The obvious answer between the two people is the President. The President has an entire branch of government revolving around him. The Speaker, on the other hand, merely manages one half of one branch.
Now, if we were talking about whether the Legislative or Executive branch were more powerful, I would have to say neither. They don't share power, really. They each hold distinct powers.

Definitely the President. Given his foreign affairs duties, position as CIC and ability to veto measures passed by a majority of Congress, there's no comparison. The Speaker's greatest power is to be obstructionist, which we're seeing today.
So is it right for the POTUS to bypass Congress and criticize the Supreme Court?? Really, should he have that power??
Will ignoring laws help or hurt him in the long run??
