Anyone BUT Obama ( well Ron Paul would be worse so...)

well that's just plain stupid thinking...

Ron Paul would, at the very least, appoint Supreme Court justices you could support...

Of course, his foreign policy would leave us vulnerable to every evil, insane asshole on the planet, in which case it doesn't matter who's on the Supreme Court.

the success of the anti-Paul misinformation campaign never ceases to amaze me...

We're lucky "tough guy" LOL Reagan didn't bring back the USSR hardliners. Gorby killed the USSR, dittoheads.

If you make less than $250k, you have no reason to vote Pub...see HISTORY....

I'm not 'misinformed', I've read his policies, his views, and listened to the man. He's dangerously naive on foreign policy and completely clueless on international relations.

None of the above.

I sincerely believe that the Republican nominee isn't even in the picture right now.

What the hell is that supposed to mean?

Sorry about the reading comprehension problem and I DO wish you well. Meanwhile I'll try to use smaller words:

I honestly believe that Republicans will not choose any of the now-visible people who say they want to be their nominee. That someone notable but not among those who are now "in the running" will show up close to or at the convention and there will be an "AH HA" moment. Then Romney, Santorum, Gingrich, et al will be dropped in favour of the new arrival. No, I don't know who that might be. None of the current crop are acceptable and the party might figure that out in the fullness of time.

gotta say, it would be pretty great if they could come up with somebody whom the party could all rally behind and could draw in a sizable portion of the independent folks in the middle... but I can't think of who that might be...

ANYBODY BUT BARRY

"I'd vote for an orange juice can before I'd vote for Obama"....Mark Levin

or mebbe even a canned OJ...? I think he's serving time in Nevada... mebbe they'd loan him to the GOP for November if the GOP promised to return him in four/eight years... papa Goldman might even sign on if he gets a promise to collect the presidential salary...

If the GOP has a potential candidate on the order of, say, Ronald Reagan, they're doing a damn good job of keeping him under the wraps...

The problem is that they keep wanting Ronald Reagan. The man is dead, they need to move along.

Shit........they're not even wanting the actual Reagan, they're wanting some impossible candidate who meets the standards they THINK they remember Reagan as having.

Remember..............Reagan raised taxes SEVERAL times.

Socialist/Progressive assholes, or Neocon assholes. Not very good choices. Many will just choose to sit this one out.

Reagan would be a RINO today. The Pub Propaganda Machine has produced a mob of loudmouth, no compromise "un-American" (TIME), nutjobs that have taken over the party...

In other words, you're full of shit and babbling in order to feel clever. That's what I thought you meant.

Doesn't require a campaign, dumbass. Just the ability to read.

However much his fanatics want to deny it or gloss over it, Paul's foreign policy is the equivalent of hiding your head under the blankets and hoping the monsters will disappear. The only problem is that, unlike a little child's nightmares, the monsters in the world of international politics actually exist.
