Which would be more disappointing for conservatives?

Well since Romney isn't a conservative I fail to see how there is anything but disappointment for a real conservative this election cycle.
Being a grown up, one understands that they can't always get what they want and are willing to take things in small increments.

No I think the point is that he is a moderate and basically the same as Obama.
You are right, he is a moderate. But that would put him to the extreme right of Obama. Obama is a radical extremist and makes people like V.I. Lenin look like they were sitting on fence posts.

Really? Let me guess, he's a communist too?

The fact that you think Obama is a radical extremist or even very liberal is extremely funny.

What you believe and how you must govern under certain circumstances are not one in the same.

What's reality is 4 months ago you guys were all calling him a moderate rhino in an attempt to sideline him in the elections. That failed so now he is a far right extremist. Reality is you guys are so transparent its laughable.

Obama is the Black Reagan and makes Willard look like a flaming Liberal.

Small increments does not work as the car drives off the fiscal cliff. Usually people hit the brakes, not check their side mirrors and sing along as the drop approaches.

So again, no conservatives in the cycle. It's socialist full boar, or socialist lite labeled conservative. No thanks.

This question is for conservatives or those who intend to vote for Romney.

Just wondering which of these two scenarios would be more disappointing for you? And why.

1) Romney loses and Obama is reelected

2) Romney wins and nothing changes from Obamas presidency. He doesn't actually repeal Obamacare, the troops are still off fighting wars and everything else pretty much just carries over from Obama.

So which would disappoint you more and why?

The second one wouldn't be a surprise at all, therefore, since it is actually expected, I don't think it can be stated that it would be disappointing.

It is, however, disappointing to realize that what we have to look forward to in 2013 is, "same old shit different day".

Immie

Bullshit!

CON$ervoFascists and Teabag Terrorists are Republicans through and through and will support ANY Republican no matter how much of a RINO he is because they have NO principles.

I never said communist. They really haven't invented the concept for his extremism yet.

The fact that you do not find him to be a radical extremist is rather frightening. You make a good case for civil war.

See this is where I ask for one example of his radical extremism and you don't have one..or better yet you name something that is far from radical or extreme.......unless of your course you are so far right that everyone, even those in the middle look extreme.

Ahh, now it all makes sense.

Obama is a Marxist. He touts Marxist ideas, hangs in the company of self proclaimed commies, socialists and radicals. Regardless, I would rather have Romney than Obama, even if the difference is almost nonexistent.

Of course, because you vote based upon the letter next to their name, no more, no less.

True. So then his actual presidency has not been extreme or radical. Right?

No, he's Marxist because he is a Marxist. I dont belong to a party or vote party lines. I vote on principles. In this case, Obama can't have my vote because he's a Marxist and Marx ideology is a fucking failure I do not want to be part of on repeat in the US.

I'm not voting for Romney either.

A Rockefeller establishment Republican IS a RINO to the far right extremist, and those very same far right extremists who despise all RINOs will support a RINO because they have NO principles!!!

Or because Obama is destroying our economy. :eusa_whistle:
Except that is CON$ervoFascist bullshit.
Bush destroyed the economy and it is recovering under Obama, and it's that recovery that CON$ervoFascists hate.

Jimmy Carter through Barney Frank destroyed our economy.

No, he's a corporatist. Which is jusrt socialist lite and will not touch the root problems of our economy. He's better than the Marxist, but not worth voting for when he'll say anything to get elected. Who knows what he'd do in office.

We already know the answer. See Bush. Obama is doing the same things he did, and republicans are now back to loving Bush now that he's out of office.

While I disagree with your assessment of Romney, I think that anyone who understands what Obama is and the damage he is capable of doing to the country and just sits back and doesn't bother to vote is defacto a vote for Obama. Whatever you think of Romney, at least he would be constrained by thoughts of a second term. Obama has already let it be known that he'll have greater "flexibility" to do as he wishes if re-elected.

Well that's okay because Obama isn't really a progressive, so I'm not getting my hope up either way.

Carter hadn't been president for almost 30 years when Bush destroyed the economy and Frank was one lone powerless congressman, but to mindless CON$ervoFascists anybody and everybody is more powerful than Bush. :cuckoo:

No, my vote will go to whom I vote for. Not for soemone I did not vote for. Im not voting for romney so we can have this same conversation again in 2016 about how nothing changed and we're worse off adn just vote for the other guy or you're voting for the turd that's been ass raping us for 4 years.

I'll leave the herd for that. I'll vote FOR the person I think would do, or try to do, the things that are good for the coutnry. Im not voting against someone. That's faulty logic.
