There is a given number of Registered voters at each voting district. You can’t print generic ballots with just Bidens name. Local ballots must be printed with every election from President down to Dog Catcher on them. Mail in ballots must be linked to a specific registered voter.

Ukraine is not going to win regardless of how much aid we give them. We are throwing money and military supplies down the drain, which is exactly what Russia and China want us to continue doing. Zelensky may even be in on the scam, not sure on that yet. It isn't as if the Ukraine isn't known for corruption or anything.
