what you see is a notice that one of our WTC customer's routers was destroyed
in the collapse at 10:28 am the North Tower collapse.

I was at work listening to the radio.

Every one in the store stopped shopping and listened to the reports from Peter Jennings.

No one said a word for at least 20 minutes. No one paid for anything. No one left.

I was at work, never forget that moment. At first thought it was an accident, then the second plane hit and we knew we were getting attacked. A very sad day indeed.
