Their Health Care Debacle is Unconstitutional. I'm confident the Courts will see it that way as well. Forcing Citizens to purchase Health Insurance by way of threats of Fines & Imprisonment goes against everything our Country stands for. It is a way of controlling the People. It's exactly what the Socialists/Progressives want. Hopefully Americans will do the right thing and vote the Democrats out on Nov. 2nd. If the Republicans win,there is a possibility they could repeal some if not all of their debacle. Make 2010 count people.

Lib, you have been competently corrected on this before: it is constitutional, any court claims will be quashed, it won't be repealed or replaced but will be reformed for the better, and you are going to pay your share for it. End of story.

I will respond to both of you in this reply. I agree the republicans have stabed America in the back. But with that said the democrats have went far and above anything the republicans have ever done. The democrats have had almost 60 years of control of the government since 1946. It's time to see if the republicans are people of their word. one more time.

On the other hand I can't see how anyone would even consider voting democrat for the mess they have caused.
