Donald Trump has pointed it out persistently, but the Media always takes him "literally, but not seriously."

Any rational observer long ago concluded that the people at the top of the aforementioned agencies PRESUMED that HRC would be the next President and acted accordingly in all things. They allowed her to get away with "murder" and spied on as many of Trump's operatives as they could, shamelessly.

It is clear by now that no one will face any serious disciplinary action for their conduct in this whole sordid affair.
