When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

I guess the problem is that there was/is no credible person at the Top of the Heap who can point out the dastardly activities by the FBI and the Justice Department, and demand an accounting/reconing. Donald Trump has pointed it out persistently, but the Media always takes him "literally, but not seriously."

Any rational observer long ago concluded that the people at the top of the aforementioned agencies PRESUMED that HRC would be the next President and acted accordingly in all things. They allowed her to get away with "murder" and spied on as many of Trump's operatives as they could, shamelessly.

Of recent vintage are a book and some speaking engagements by one Dan Bongino that lay out much of the dastardly activities of those involved. But no one outside the "extreme Right" is paying attention. For the record, I am a card-carrying member of the Great Right-Wing Conspiracy identified by HRC so many years ago.

It is clear by now that no one will face any serious disciplinary action for their conduct in this whole sordid affair. On the contrary, once the Mueller fellow releases the long-awaited report, the Media will be chock full of faux shock and horror at its revelations, regardless of how mundane. This will take us, unfortunately, through to the beginning of the 2020 Presidential election season.

Sigh.

Rushed to Approval by Obama Bin Spying who once again abused his power and the power of Goverment to attack his enemies. These are impeachable offenses and he needs to be made accountable for them.

IMPEACH 44!
Impeach 44? You understand Obama hasn't been president for a while, and you can't impeach someone who isn't in office, don't you goober?
he can still be impeached.

Please list all the times anyone has ever been impeached after leaving office.

Even the Hill is finally taking notice.

As more of the secret evidence used to justify the Russia probe becomes public, an increasingly dark portrait of the FBI’s conduct emerges.

The bureau, under a Democratic-controlled Justice Department, sought a warrant to spy on the duly nominated GOP candidate for president in the final weeks of the 2016 election, based on evidence that was generated under a contract paid by his political opponent.

That evidence, the Steele dossier, was not fully vetted by the bureau and was deemed unverified months after the warrant was issued.

At least one news article was used in the FISA warrant to bolster the dossier as independent corroboration when, it fact, it was traced to a news organization that had been in contact with Steele, creating a high likelihood it was circular-intelligence reporting.

And the entire warrant, the FBI’s own text message shows, was being rushed to approval by two agents who hated Trump and stated in their own texts that they wanted to “stop” the Republican from becoming president.

If ever there were grounds to investigate the investigators, these facts provide the justification.

FBI email chain may provide most damning evidence of FISA abuses yet

First of all, John Solomon, an OPINION writer, has been accused of biased reporting in favor of conservatives, and of repeatedly manufacturing faux scandals.

But much more important is the very FACT that Carter Page WAS working with Russian spies (who referred to him as a greedy idiot) AND was nonetheless hired by the moronic Trump campaign.

How fucked up are Trump ass kissers in NOT understanding that the FISA warrants were prompted precisely because a Trump staffer WAS a damn collaborator with Russian spies?

Yeah, nope.
Counter what? It's all already been proven to be bullshit over and over again. It's just being revived as an attempted distraction.

Again.

Only thing this article says is the FBI had concerns about the main evidence used to support the warrant. But fast-forward to today, we've found much of whats in that dossier turned up true. So effectively this is like "the issue is NOT that we were colluding with Russia, the issue is that YOU found out!"
Additionally, just look at John F Solomon... repeatedly manufacturing faux scandals.
name one thing from the dossier proven. I'll wait.
  • Cohen played a "key role" in the Trump–Russia relationship by maintaining a "covert relationship with Russia", arranging cover-ups and "deniable cash payments", and that his role had grown after Manafort had left the campaign. (Dossier, pp. 18, 30, 32, 34–35)

  • "COHEN now was heavily engaged in a cover up and damage limitation operation in the attempt to prevent the full details of TRUMP's relationship with Russia being exposed." (Dossier, p. 32)

Counter what? It's all already been proven to be bullshit over and over again. It's just being revived as an attempted distraction.

Well, when the shit storm is about to hit, Trump ass kissers have NO choice but to distract to keep their base united in fucked up stupidity and ignorance.

Obama makes Nixon look like a cub scout and the Press still adores him
The biggest difference in the Presidencies of Nixon, Obama and Trump is the Media. With Nixon and now with Trump, we have a Media obsession with taking down the President that is relentless. With Obama, the glaring corruption and dereliction of duty was completely ignored by an adoring Media. That cannot be overstated. The power of the Media to influence in the modern era is enormous much more so than when the Media only had the printed word.
