I've seen this happen myself. I was watching CNN and he filled his diaper in the middle of a speech. I knew it happened because not only did he fill his diaper it was overflowing with crap. It was spewing everywhere! Most of it seem to ran out of his skull and right out of his mouth. I would say Obama filled his diaper and then some.
