When Justice Eludes…

…or, just the way the Democrats like it!

1.It takes a certain level of mind-numbed robot, the bottom the barrel type, to have lived through the last three years, yet still deny the existence of the Deep State, and its special definition of 'justice.'

“…questions regarding the sentencing of political operative Roger Stone. Last January, he was subjected to a pre-dawn raid by federal officials carrying assault rifles….[but] former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, no longer must worry about being prosecuted. On Friday, a questionable decision was made not to issue any charges and drop the investigation into McCabe,…” The Deep State Wins Again at the DOJ

It’s a two-tiered system: jail for Republicans, CNN anchor jobs for Democrats.

2. “This was not a banner week for the idea that justice is alive and blind in America.

Three separate stories converged to drive home the obvious truth that America has a two-tiered justice system: the Justice Department's decision to not indict the guilty-as-sin plotter Andrew McCabe, the attempt to give Roger Stone an outrageous jail sentence, and the Army's decision to shrug that one of its officers attempted to orchestrate the removal of his commander-in-chief.

Even in the unlikely scenario that the Barr-Durham investigations send the full stable of coup-plotters to jail for decades, it will not erase the obvious fact that it pays to be a Democrat if you are going to commit crimes, particularly if they are political.

The most obvious reason is that the entire federal bureaucracy is one giant Democrat machine. This cannot be repeated enough. Nearly every member of almost every single department is a Democrat.

How bad is it? Back in 2016, 95 percent of campaign contributions for the presidential race went to Her Royal Awfulness. The Justice Department overachieved, coming in at 97 percent.” https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/02/twotiered_justice_system_on_full_display.html

“Every effort needs to be made to break the corrupt Democrat triumvirate of government, media, and academia. America's future depends on it.

In the meantime, Americans will continue to live under a two-tiered justice system, which will breed far more righteous anger. That fury is building toward a dangerous boiling point.”

But Americans are catching on....and don't like it.
An observer might be led to believe that this building anger is the price for another four years of Trump.

1. You are the mind numbed robot. You need a deep state as a excuse for Trump's dictatorial governance. There are several stories.

Donald Trump said he had the right to intervene in criminal cases before the DOJ. No other President in modern times has ever made that claim.

Trump said the 7-9 year prison term was too harsh and lo and behold Barr overrides the prosecutors and recommends a lighter sentence.

Career prosecutors decided they had either no evidence or not enough evidence to bring into court against McCabe. That decision was made by prosecutors who have to try and get a conviction in a court of law. They determined they could not meet that standard.

2. There is not a bit of evidence to support that. You apparently think that this is Nazi Germany or a banana republic Nazi Chic. Clearly career prosecutors did not have enough evidence to bring to court against McCabe. The Stone sentence was not outrageous as he committed crimes and refused to cooperate. Stone is a key witness as he knew the Podesta e-mails that were hacked by the Russians and put on WikiLeaks would be on WikiLeaks BEFORE they appeared. I still have not heard a reasonable explanation for this. Lt Col Vindman fulfilled his duty to uphold the Constitution by testifying to Congress.

In 2016, Trump won Utah with 45% of the vote. I suppose the other 55% are a part of the deep state which does not exist.

It sounds to me that you are trying to incite violence. Typical of a Trump supporter.

Is Solemani still polling at 14% in Democrat nomination for President?

The HR departments need to be cleaned out and started over to hire both parties equally. Otherwise we end up with:
"The most obvious reason is that the entire federal bureaucracy is one giant Democrat machine. This cannot be repeated enough. Nearly every member of almost every single department is a Democrat."

Then we need 3 AGs. A Republican to prosecute Republicans. A Democrat to investigate Democrats. A independent to prosecute independents. That is stupid and that is how you sound.

How about we simply outlaw the Democrats in any office and agency, and go back to equality before the law?

4. The Democrats don’t want to win policy arguments, or simply win elections…..they want to jail their opponents.

Remember when Schumer threatened Trump, warning him of what was going to happen?

"As Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) truly told President Trump, “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.” As we shall see, Intelligence officials have proved Schumer correct."
Abolish CIA & FISA
.
There's nothing in that threat about justice or equal treatment....and sure enough......

5.The 'intelligence agencies,' the Deep State, is populated by Obamunists....
Here, from the former CIA Moscow Station head...

".... the denizens of the Deep State that everyone in Washington likes to tell us doesn’t exist....made up of thousands of similarly credentialed, remarkably “un-diverse” civil servants and political appointees who saw themselves promoted rapidly during the eight years of the Obama administration. The appointees have left, but make no mistake — the progressive civil servants remain.

The present culture of the intelligence community and the shameless political shenanigans of the Obama administration combined to create this disaster. ....CIA leadership famously stood up to the Nixon administration when asked to domestically spy on Justice during Watergate, for example.

It seems that today we lack the character and the competence to ensure that the intelligence community honors the trust of the American people."
How the intel community was turned into a political weapon against President Trump

That sounds exactly like you mind-numbed robots. I have lost track of all the people you want to jail. Americans have more faith in our intelligence community than they do in Trump. They do their best to protect the country. Trump wants to politicize the intelligence community.

5. All it shows is that he is a crazy, conspiracy-driven fool. I am glad he is a former rather than a current. Of course the definition of the deep state has to keep changing so crazy Trump supporters like you can have a excuse to explain away Trump's un-American actions.

Maybe you don't understand the difference between the AG and the employees?
I don't care what party the AG is, that is based on who wins the WH.
My point is that ~97% of the lawyers in the DOJ are democrats, as seen by the stat that 97% of donations from DOJ employees go to democrats;
Most lawyers are democrats, that's how they are programmed and indoctrinated in Law School.

4th para from above link:
"HR needs to make the Federal Government more balanced politically. If they don't then HR needs to be swapped out just like the AG every term."

"Stupid" is not understanding what you're responding to. (didn't read the OP link did you?)

so sorry to tell you

as long as you defend free speech liberals will continue to exercise it to your disapproval.

there really isn't anything you can do about it.

you can follow the laws and vote

and you can shout "LIBERALS ARE SCUM WHO MUST DIE" all you want to......

but here in the good ole freedom loving USA you can't do anything about it.

Are you under the impression that these cases are somehow equal?

'EQUAL??????'

Doesn't the work 'equal' stick in your craw?????

Let's go over what Democrats imagine (I almost said 'think') equal means:

1.The Hillary campaign paid for an anti-Trump Russian creation called the dossier: they used law firm Perkins Coie to funnel money to GPS Fusion and Christopher Steele

2. The Hillary campaign screamed that they had been hacked, but refused to allow any government agencies to inspect the supposedly hacked servers

3. The FBI admitted that they knew the dossier was fake from the start, but used it to get a FISA warrant to surveil Trump and associates

4. A secret cabal at the highest levels of the FBI and the DoJ worked with GPS Fusion to undermine the Trump campaign...before and after the election.

5. FBI found classified data on Huma and Anthony Weiner’s laptop….so they gave them a pass

6. The FBI decided no charges against Hillary before they interviewed her…..with no record kept of the interview, and not under oath.

7. Both Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills were found to be lying to the FBI….but given a pass ...and allowed to keep their laptops, and destroy any evidence on same

8. FBI agents Strzok and Page and McCabe talked over a plan to overturn the election….an ‘insurance policy’

9. Loretta Lynch with Comey’s acquiescence, worked to benefit Hillary’s campaign

10. Obama knew about Hillary’s use of unsecured emails, as he conversed with her on same…kept his name out of the reports.

11. BTW…..Mueller, Comey and Rosenstein were all government officials when Hillary received the $145 million bribe for the sale of our uranium.

....Robert Mueller was the FBI Director during the time of the Russian uranium probe, and so was his successor James Comey who took over in 2013 as the FBI was still developing the case. Rod Rosenstein, then-U.S. Attorney....

12. The FBI offered to pay Christopher Steele if he could corroborate the dossier….so he told Yahoo New’s Michael Isikoff about the dossier, had him print the information….then told the FBI that Isikoff independently discovered the “facts”…

Steele admitted, in a British court, that he leaked the material to Yahoo. September 23 Yahoo ran the story.

The FBI took the Isikoff Yahoo story to the FISA court to get the warrant….then fired Steele for sharing it with news outlets.

13. After the FBI fired Steele, he continued to confer with Bruce Ohr and the DoJ…and Rod Rosestein and Sally Yates.

In September of 2016, this was Steele’s statement to Bruce Ohr that he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.”

14. And in another stunning revelation, the memo asserts that Justice Department official Bruce Ohr was used to pass information from the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele, to the DOJ.
Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, worked at the time for Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm research firm that commissioned the dossier. Bruce Ohr, who worked closely with Deputy Attorney Generals Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein, passed his wife’s opposition research on Trump to the FBI, the memo says.

15. Fired by the FBI as untrustworthy, Steele is maintained by the DoJ as a contact, and all the while, Bruce Ohr’s wife is drawing a salary from the group Hillary hired to produce the dossier….GPS Fusion.

Bruce Ohr’s wife’s connections to Hillary’s paid dossier-producers, GPS Fusion, was never disclosed to the FISA court.

16. Not Hillary Clinton’s Campaign, nor the DNC, nor Christopher Steel, nor Fusion GPS, nor Bruce Ohr’s wife, the roles of none of these participants in the creation of the dossier….not a one was revealed to the FISA court.

17. The memo also says that the FBI’s deputy director, Andrew McCabe, told Congress that a FISA warrant against the campaign adviser, Carter Page, would not have been granted without use of the dossier. That despite the FBI later determining that very little of the Democrat-funded document was corroborated

18. Let’s compare the zealous and very aggressive action by Mueller against Flynn, Manafort, Papadopoulos, and Carter Page with the immunity and passes given above…..

19..The memo notes that the Papadopoulos information “triggered” the FBI investigation into possible Trump campaign collusion.
It says that there is no evidence that Page and Papadopoulos engaged in a conspiracy. “
Spy Warrant Granted Based On Dossier And News Stories Planted By Fusion GPS

…and lots of evidence of associations of Democrats with the Kremlin….

…completely different treatment.

20. And all of the players in on the fix were demanding the Memo not be released….and lied about why it should not be released.

Oh....and this:

Roger Stone gets a life sentence for being an ally of Trump, and Comey and McCabe get to be cable TV idols.

Stone didn’t get a life sentence you nutter. Your post of half truths and lies is pure Gish gallop. When are you going to call for Barr to be prosecuted for lying to Congress?

Wow.....disgusting low-lifes like you, are out early championing the two-tiered system of no-justice pioneered by the Democrat Party.

I'd say you should be ashamed ....but your sort has no sense of shame.

Now...let's call you on your lead-lie today.

"Stone didn’t get a life sentence you nutter."

Roger Stone is 67.

"What is the life expectancy of a male in 2019?
70 years

Compare this to the worldwide life expectancy for babies born in 2019: 75 years for women and 70 years for men. Of continents worldwide, North America ranks first in terms of life expectancy of (76 years for men and 81 years for women).Sep 20, 2019"

So he did get a life sentence, you sack of offal.

And what did he get it for???????????

Being a pal of Donald Trump.
You really have no idea what you’re talking about.

Well....I'm clearly right on these two items:

Stone got a live sentence for being a pal of Donald Trump...far in excess of others charged with the same 'crime'...

and

you're a lying low-life sack of offal.

True?

You are the lying lowlife NaziChic.

Stone committed crimes and it was provable in court.

Let's inject a bit of the education you've obviously missed.

Nazis are socialists, like you, and stood for the same things that Liberals do.

Workers Welfare Programs:

In the best passage of Government largess, the Nazi regime fostered a purified liberal concept to enhance the living standard of German citizens across all segments of society. In order to stimulate the spirit of integrity, comradeship and happiness, Adolf Hitler fanned numerous programs and instituted strict rules for officials to carry them in eternal way.

a) Highly Subsidized International vacation trips.

b) Between 1933-1938 Strength through Joy (KDF) movement Organized 134,000 theater and concert events for 32 million people. 2 million people went on cruises and weekend trips and 11 million went on theater trips.

c) Nazis ensured that every citizen had a Radio.

d) 5 day week.

e) Free Public Health.

f) Trade Unions were banned. All workers had to join German labor Front. Strikes for higher wages were banned. People who refused to work were imprisoned. With fall in Inflation, purchasing power increased and wages actually fell.

g) Large factories had to provide rest areas, cafeterias, dressing rooms, even playing fields and swimming pools

h) They also banned "lock outs" for industries. No "reverse strikes"for them either.

It sounds to me that you are trying to incite violence. Typical of a Trump supporter.

Is Solemani still polling at 14% in Democrat nomination for President?

Interesting comment from a person who supports a president who loves dictators. I suppose your idea of a 2 tiered justice system is the prosecution of Trump's political enemies.

Speaking of a two-tiered system, that of Democrats.....

Which of these liars got 6-9 years in prison??????

Maybe the problem lies, not so much with gov't workers but with Trump himself:
But Trump also constantly attacked federal institutions. During his primary campaign, he described the federal government as a corrupt, bloated body run by “very, very, stupid people.”
I can't imagine why they wouldn't support him? Those same people gave several times as much to Romney's campaign as they did to Trump's. Same people, different candidate.

Missing the point.

A big part of the problem is with elected republicans, current and former, giving cover to democrats corruption involving the courts. Republicans blindly supported the Russia investigation propping up Mueller and defending people like Rosenstein, while demanding people like Session recuse. Far to many republicans are eager to go on CNN and MSNBC to whine about TRUMP's tweets while ignoring corruption within the FBI/CIA/DOJ. With all the leaks coming out of NSA republicans should be calling for TRUMP to fire all Obama political operatives, but instead they whine about people like Vindman being fired. Sure they acquitted TRUMP over impeachment, but they did so whining once aging about TRUMP's tweets while ignoring corruption involving the Biden's.And now they're whining about TRUMP tweets on Stone while ignoring the DOJ not charging McCabe.

12. “The first thing to grasp about the Roger Stone sentencing fiasco is that Stone, even accepting the worst plausible gloss on his crimes, is a 67-year-old nonviolent first offender. If the criminal-justice “reform” fad were authentic, and not a stratagem of social-justice warriors who have taken Washington’s surfeit of useful idiots for a ride, then we could all agree that the original seven-to-nine-year sentence advocated by prosecutors was too draconian — even if it was, as we shall see, a faithful application of the federal sentencing guidelines as written.

But no. Like criminal-justice “reform,” the Stone prosecution is more politics than law enforcement. It was the Mueller probe’s last gasp at pretending there might be something to the Russia-collusion narrative – notwithstanding that, when the “gee, it sure feels like there could be some collusion here” indictment was filed, over a year and a half after special counsel Robert Mueller was appointed, it had long been manifest that there was no Trump–Russia conspiracy.” Roger Stone Case Sentencing: Bad All Around | National Review

How about we see to it that everyone involved in the lie of the Russia Hoax get 6-9 years.

How's that for a plan?

Changing the subject.

13. “…Andrew McCarthy noted last summer, “Government officials who leak while demonstrating their contempt for Donald Trump manage to land on their feet.” Like James Clapper, Obama’s director of national intelligence, McCabe left his government job to be a commentator on CNN.

Clapper, McCarthy pointed out, is best known for lying to Congress about the government’s bulk collection of telephone metadata . . . and for discussing Steele dossier information with CNN shortly before the network published a report about it . . . CNN missed out on former Obama CIA director John Brennan, who falsely denied to the Senate that his agency spied on the chamber’s intelligence committee. Brennan, who said he was really sorry, was inked by MSNBC.

Contrast what happened with McCabe, Clapper, and Brennan with what happened to George Papadopoulos, who told the FBI he had met the international man of mystery Joseph Mifsud slightly before he had joined the Trump campaign when, in fact, it was slightly after he joined. Result: he is nabbed, disembarking from a plane at night, thrown into jail overnight, and was later sentenced to two weeks in jail.

Or contrast McCabe’s fate with that of Roger Stone, a former advisor to and pal of Donald Trump’s. Stone was subjected to one of Robert Mueller’s signature pre-dawn raids, hit with seven felony counts for allegedly obstructing Congress’s Russia investigation, lying, and threatening a witness (who later said he did not feel threatened). Prosecutors—including a couple who were on team Mueller—initially recommended a jail term of nine years—for a nonviolent first-offender.”
How the Justice Department Avoids Becoming the ‘Injustice Department’

The HR departments need to be cleaned out and started over to hire both parties equally. Otherwise we end up with:
"The most obvious reason is that the entire federal bureaucracy is one giant Democrat machine. This cannot be repeated enough. Nearly every member of almost every single department is a Democrat."

Then we need 3 AGs. A Republican to prosecute Republicans. A Democrat to investigate Democrats. A independent to prosecute independents. That is stupid and that is how you sound.

Maybe you don't understand the difference between the AG and the employees?
I don't care what party the AG is, that is based on who wins the WH.
My point is that ~97% of the lawyers in the DOJ are democrats, as seen by the stat that 97% of donations from DOJ employees go to democrats;

Stupid is a word you are well acquainted with. I do not click on looney tune links.

Keep your ignorance, but then don't prove it by posting.

14. “According to Andrew McCabe’s attorney, the former deputy director of the FBI should not be prosecuted for lying to agents because the Department of Justice has so many examples of unprosecuted lying within its ranks that it’s basically part of the culture.

“Additionally,” the New York Times reported on Friday, “people who are charged with lying to the F.B.I. are typically accused of committing the offense in the course of a criminal investigation, not an administrative inquiry . . . Mr. McCabe’s lawyers made the case to Mr. Rosen that other former officials were not prosecuted after they were caught lying to the inspector general’s investigators.”

That must be frustrating reading for General Michael Flynn who, based in part on McCabe’s essential statement, stands convicted of lying to the FBI with no underlying crime.

The Times article also reports that McCabe’s lawyers argued that he didn’t “lie,” he misremembered the facts. Didn’t the agents who interviewed Flynn say exactly the same thing after interviewing Flynn—that his inaccuracies about his phone call with the Russian ambassador were not intentional misstatements? Don’t believe those agents? How about McCabe’s own testimony?” Trump Should Keep Shaming the Justice Department on Twitter

And, speaking of those who benefit from the two-tiered ‘justice’ system…..

Liars NOT given long jail sentences……

"FBI Reportedly Gave Classified Information To Anti-Trump Spy Christopher Steele
The FBI not only gave ex-British Intelligence officer Christopher Steele classified information, they paid him to show up to accept the information, according to the Inspector General report released late last year.

“The report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz details how a team of FBI agents in early October 2016 shared with Steele extensive classified materials, just weeks before the bureau cut off ties with him for leaking his own research to the media. The secrets included foreign intelligence information still considered so sensitive that the IG’s report refers to it even now only as coming from a “Friendly Foreign Government.” In fact, this is a reference to Australia. That country’s ambassador to Britain sent the United States a tip about loose talk by junior Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos. The FBI has described that as the predicate for its Trump-Russia investigation,” Felten wrote.

... FBI agents knew Steele worked for Glenn Simpson, whose opposition research firm Fusion GPS was paying Steele to dig up dirt on Trump for the Clinton campaign, and that Steele informed the FBI that the ‘candidate’ – Clinton herself – knew about Steele’s work. Steele did not keep to himself the classified material he had learned from the FBI."

Now....what was that about Roger Stone?????
