Millions will forget that Republicans crossed over in droves to vote for Senator Obama in the primary elections. Eventually they would not vote for Senator John McCain! According to Senator John McCain, then running for President, the U. S. economy was "strong." This showed everyone that he was another one of the crazy guys already at work at the Federal Level!

Now it is later, and just coincidentally, what do we get from the now President Obama, pitching the national health care plan to the nation in the widely televised address?

The transcript from the the White House website contains the following, about the Health Insurance Exchange.

"Now, if you're one of the tens of millions of Americans who don't currently have health insurance, the second part of this plan will finally offer you quality, affordable choices. If you...

... if you lose your job or you change your job, you'll be able to get coverage. If you strike out on your own and start a small business, you'll be able to get coverage. We'll do this by creating a new insurance exchange, a marketplace where individuals and small businesses will be able to shop for health insurance at competitive prices.

Insurance companies will have an incentive to participate in this exchange because it lets them compete for millions of new customers. As one big group, these customers will have greater leverage to bargain with the insurance companies for better prices and quality coverage. This is how large companies and government employees get affordable insurance. It's how everyone in this Congress gets affordable insurance. And it's time to give every American the same opportunity that we give ourselves.

Now, for those individuals and small businesses who still can't afford the lower-priced insurance available in the exchange, we'll provide tax credits, the size of which will be based on your need.

And all insurance companies that want access to this new marketplace will have to abide by the consumer protections I already mentioned.

This exchange will take effect in four years, which will give us time to do it right. In the meantime, for those Americans who can't get insurance today because they have pre-existing medical conditions, we will immediately offer low-cost coverage that will protect you against financial ruin if you become seriously ill.

This was a good idea when Sen. John McCain proposed it in the campaign; it's a good idea now, and we should all embrace it."

Senator McCain is of the Party of Abraham Lincoln, greatly admired by President Obama.

Many will say that someone merciful, finally shot Abraham Lincoln in the brain. It is often-times regarded humane so to do, and may even be a basis of the famous Catholic, "Liberation Theology:" From events before the Holy Father's, Christian Hitler Youth. After Due Deliberation--apparently as in "Ready, Aim, Fire, (Yeehaaaw!)," then certain anti-social behavior is in fact to be regarded acceptable to Christ!

After Lincoln came share-cropping. The Plantation owners had too much land, and the former slaves had none at all. And so the owner would provide the seed and tools, quarters and. . .and the warm places, to take, . . .well. The freed slave tenant would provide the crops, and usually in exchange for plantation currency. They could buy from the marketplace, offered in the plantation confines. The promise of hard currency was always available, but basically that was a plantation, "marketplace." Mostly Owners, like shareholders, participated in the "Open Marketplace." The laboring freed black got the "market-place," run by the Overseers, in the confines.

And so, again, after Llincoln, "Cotton was King," all-over-again.

And so what did Senator McCain spot right way: If not the federal subsidies? The concept of a "Health Insurance Exchange." allows the owners of the health plans to participate in the Open Investment market on the Wall Streets, while the engaged plan participant takes the federal seed money, and what little participant money is affordable--and buys from the one or another owned plantation-like, overseer-run health plans in the exchange. There are allegedly consumer-protections. These apparently reduce to rules prohibiting the sale of aspirin to illegals. Apparently all providers will accept the "exchange plans," just as though they were the "other' plans.

And so the compromise of the GOP is for the 80% that they cannot understand, in support of the profiteering 20% that is not addressed at all in the Democratic Health Care Plan.

The Insurance Exchange is not a competitive marketplace, and mitigates against any market forces having anything to do with limiting excesses.

Again, 1) You keep what you have, with all of the excesses, or (2) you go into the share-cropping, overseer-owners plan, "qualified plan," or (3) you actually go into national health insurance, if that option remains allowed. Options 1 and 2 are monopolies, and option 3 is not even expected to make it into any legislation at all. Option 2 mainly allows for the federal subsidies--for "those people," as Lincoln understood it.

Lincoln would have done this! The Famous Emancipation Proclamation enjoins the freed slaves to work for a wage, if that was allowed. Otherwise there was Costa Rica, or other parts Liberian Inspired.

If 20% of the U. S. Economy is now egaged in health care services: Then this is one sure-fire way to expand that to one-third or more. The outcome again is profiteering, without productivity, in the economy, of things people eat, wear, travel around in, or live in.

When "Health Care Is King," then Everything Suffers: Kind of Like Financial Services Two! It can even be called Number Three if school is included: Like Sidwell Friends at $36,000 per every year, plus any amenites--(like graduation, for example?)!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(20% Afrikaner, 80% Not too Up On Things: Who will deny that recently expelled George Bush, from the White House, is taking the lead for the Title of "First African-American President," away from also expelled-from--the--White-House, Clinton. The current one now seems to just somehow have something different in mind--Of a New Overseer kind of first!)

Formally, the name for ObamaCare is Two-Tier and/or multi-tier health Care. It used to be called HillaryCare.

On the other hand, if the option of The Insurance Exchange is to create a federal standard of care--exceeding the private options--then what the people keep becomes less attractive than what they can have.

Then there is the alternative. If what the people keep is far more attractive than the LesserCare, Insurance Exchange: Then the concept of Jim Crow, Second-Class America, is back in force. If in fact it becomes an alternative to MedicAid--which has lots of coverage, then that will be dropped. Then 20%Afrikaner, and 80% not too up on things, becomes the African-America model that liberals seem to have had in mind for some time now.

In fact, ever since The Party of Abraham Lincoln was founded: There has been this version of it, current every day in the USA. It has apparent appeal to the Kenndy/Obama/Ivy-League-Educated ways of Liberalism, even now being debated.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(The colonies and their "Blessings of Freedom," will of course find Her Majesty's government in support: As long as Her Majesty's people can sense that the colonies mean it, this time! It is noted that civilized, national health plans, are nowhere nearly as lethal as what the Colonies now have in mind. It's kind of like asking, "Who would have guessed it?(!)" There are terrorists now, who can bring the plaugue--with two tiers of treatment, to be available! The Republicans seem to be on board, at last!)
